He actually does have some dialogue that he rarely says, but it's not any pleading. Kind of odd, though. That's a mission from ULP, the government guy, who you'd expect to take notice if you spared the one guy you're sent to kill. I actually paused the game and came on here for an answer, but most topics say they couldn't spare him I've been working on a script for the entire storyline.

There's a lot of unused material that doesn't make it into the implementation of the missions. I'll have to go back and see if there's any for that mission. Well, the only subtitles that go unused are: "Alright, you win! That's enough man! There's a lot of missions they could have made just a little bit more interesting but instead had to cut material out of.
