Yeah, this company was a huge scam. They tried to use fine print to rip me off cash for a product that didn't do it. I called and yelled at them for a bit, and they didn't charge me what they were trying to scam me out of.

I thought this matter was closed I'll take it I tried and paid for a 3 month supply initially but when I tried to cancel the "subscription" they kept billing me and sending me more product that I didn't want. They wouldn't take my calls and kept putting me on hold for hours. They told me they couldn't take my product back except the last month because it was past the 30 day return policy.

I still have 4 boxes of unopened product which they refuse to take back and give me my money back for. FTC, thank you for the refund check by the way. I just wish they would give me the rest of my money that they stole back. I thought that the Sensa program was it for me until noticing that the weight wasn't going anywhere.

I would think this was handled better. I got the notice from ShopHQ this was happening, but since my mom who purchased the product moved last year, not holding my breath she will see the check.
