Hi there, I took algebra two, and from my experience, it was way too easy, I e yes take algebra two in the summer and take pre-Calc, a harder class, in person. Algebra II was pretty easy, too. I'm in the process of doing that rn. Make sure you're aware of that and contact your school counselor for details, earlier rather than later.

That being said I'd go for it!! Of course, it's up to you though, because it will take work and you have to be all in. But the huge caveat is my school is very highly regarded so each class was more difficult then the average school so to speak. I did learn a lot, though! I would recommend Algebra II over the summer. Its mostly just some new equation forms to memorize, and graphing.

Pre-calculus throws in a lot of unseen concepts, so its nice to have a teacher for it. All Rights Reserved. Should I take Algebra II over the summer? Alice Cain-Moore 23 Dec Great personalized service. My daughter improved her score by points. My god daughter by points.

Better results than most of the other companies out there. Thanks Adam! Leo Weisberger 29 Nov I had searched and spoken with many test prep companies but they were the best. They answered all my messages and respond to my calls very promptly. Also there were no contracts so I gave them a shot even though I had not heard of The founder Adam was knowledgeable about SAT prep and friendly on our initial phone call and getting started was easy, just filling out a simple form.

They had my son Greg take a diagnostic test to gauge his initial strengths and weaknesses. From the diagnostic we had a very strategic approach to prep and there were clear goals and direction. From there a polite young tutor reached out and began scheduling test prep sessions. My son is always very busy because he is on the soccer team, but our tutor Charlie was very flexible and scheduled sessions at my son's convenience.

We met with Charlie once a week for two hours over the course of about 3 months. I was able to track my son's progress because he was always doing SAT practice tests for homework. His score was steadily climbing from week to week, and we were confident that he was going to improve his SAT score.

After taking the SAT we decided to pause sessions thinking that we should wait until we see how Greg did on his test. Adam completely understood and did not pressure us to continue sessions. When the scores came out Greg improved over points and scored a on the SAT.

Tutoring is the best money I've ever spend and every step of the way SoFlo has been great to work with. I'm so appreciative!
